  • We operate solely as a technology service provider and do not act as a matchmaking agent.
  • We do not guarantee, influence, or participate in the formation of marriages or alliances.
• 2. Registration and Eligibility
  • Only verified Marriage Bureaus or licensed Matrimonial Agents may register on the platform.
  • During registration, you must provide accurate details including:
    • Bureau / Agency Name
    • Type of Registration (Proprietorship, Partnership, Firm, LLP, Pvt. Ltd., etc.)
    • Valid contact information
    • Verification or license documents (if applicable)
  • A unique subdomain will be automatically generated based on your bureau name.
  • You are responsible for all activities and data under your account and subdomain.
  • Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination.
• 3. Profile Management
  • Brides and grooms may submit their details directly to the registered bureau or agent.
  • Bureaus and agents must ensure that profiles are genuine, accurate, and updated regularly.
  • Consent must be obtained from individuals before uploading their personal details or photos.
  • Holy Match Bureaus is not responsible for inaccurate profiles or disputes arising from user-submitted data.
• 4. Use of Subdomain and Platform
  • Your subdomain may be used to display profiles, bureau details, manage inquiries, and publish your service information.
  • You must not use the platform for fraudulent, misleading, or unethical activities.
  • Holy Match Bureaus reserves the right to review and audit any content uploaded on your subdomain.
• 5. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
  • You are responsible for the protection and lawful use of the personal data collected through your bureau.
  • Consent must be obtained from clients before sharing any personal information with third parties.
  • Holy Match Bureaus is not responsible for data misuse by bureaus, agents, or unauthorized third-party downloads.
• 6. Payments and Subscription
  • Subscription plans and pricing will be communicated separately on the platform.
  • All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Service suspension may occur in case of non-payment or misuse of the platform.
