Usage & Warranty Disclaimer

The performance and lifespan of 9 Yards WPC depends on correct installation, usage environment and load conditions. Warranty applies **only when installation guidelines are followed without deviation**.

Product Usage Disclaimer

  • All products must be installed using proper subframe, spacing, ventilation and fixing methods.
  • WPC is resistant to moisture and termites, however structural misuse may reduce performance.
  • Minor shade variation between batches is natural and not considered a defect.
  • Outdoor weathering, ageing and soft tonal fading over years is normal.
  • End user must ensure suitability for load, climate and functional requirements.

Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • UV fading / colour changes over time
    • Fire, chemical exposure, vandalism or impact damage
    • Improper installation or missing expansion gaps
    • Overloading or unsupported spans
    • Site-level workmanship errors
  • Claims must include invoice, batch number, installation details & photographs.
  • 9 Yards WPC reserves right to inspect before approval.
  • Resolution may be replacement, repair or value refund — at company's discretion.
  • Warranty excludes labour, dismantling, reinstallation & indirect damages.

Limitation of Liability

9 Yards WPC is not liable for project failures caused by improper fixing, subframe errors, third-party contractors or uncontrolled installation conditions. Maximum liability is limited to the invoiced material value supplied.

Return & Replacement Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after production or dispatch begins.
  • Returns for wrong product choice, colour selection or size mismatch are not accepted.
  • Defect-based returns must be reported within 7 days of delivery with evidence.
  • Approved replacement depends on stock availability and production schedule.
  • Transport for replacement material may be chargeable depending on case.

Replacement covers material only — labour, installation and site handling costs remain buyer responsibility.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Estimated delivery timelines are indicative, not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to logistics, stock movement or external conditions.
  • Risk shifts to customer after material leaves warehouse.
  • Unloading & site handling are not included unless agreed separately.
  • Visible damage must be reported within 48 hours for consideration.

We recommend storing material on flat surface, covered, away from moisture until installation begins.
