1. Agreement & Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing products from 9 Yards WPC, you acknowledge and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website or services.

2. Definitions

“Company” / “We” refers to 9 Yards WPC.
“Customer” / “You” refers to individuals or organizations purchasing or interacting with our website.
“Products” refers to WPC profiles, materials and accessories supplied by us.

3. Product Specifications & Variation

  • Colour, grain, size & texture may vary due to manufacturing tolerance or batch difference.
  • Images, samples & catalog visuals are indicative only.
  • Customer must verify suitability before installation.

4. Orders, Quotations & Validity

  • Orders must be confirmed through email or approved Purchase Order.
  • Quotation validity is 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • We may accept, modify or decline orders based on stock/capacity limits.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices exclude GST, delivery & installation unless specified.
  • Materials remain property of 9 Yards WPC until full payment is completed.
  • Delayed payment may result in postponed dispatch or cancellation.

6. Delivery & Shipping Terms

  • Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.
  • Risk transfers to customer once goods leave our warehouse.
  • Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We are not responsible for unloading unless agreed in writing.

7. Installation Requirements

  • Installation must follow manufacturer guidelines for spacing & fixing.
  • Misuse, modification, improper fastening voids warranty.
  • Structural load must be validated by certified engineers.

8. Warranty Policy

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Warranty excludes fading, fire, misuse, improper installation.
  • Valid claims may result in repair/replacement/refund at our discretion.

9. Returns & Cancellations

  • Cancellation after production/dispatch is not permitted.
  • Returns for wrong customer selection are not accepted.
  • Defect-based returns require evidence and must be requested within 7 days.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All branding, design, catalog, images and content belong to 9 Yards WPC. Reproduction or duplication without permission is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses or reinstallation costs. Maximum liability is limited to the invoiced material value only.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed under Indian Law. Disputes fall under courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

13. Amendments

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use implies acceptance of revised terms.
